As a business leader at Proctor and Gamble, David led a $200 million consumer goods business through a global sales re-organization, and culture change initiatives that resulted in strengthening customer relationships and double digit business growth.  While at Nova Scotia Power, he leveraged his keen entrepreneurial skills and business savvy to build a successful business sales organization ground up again transforming customer relationships positively.


While Vice President of NTL Institute’s Customized Services Group, he provided leadership development and organization change capacity building programs to organizations globally.

David holds a Masters degree in Organization Development from American University/NTL in Washington D.C. and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax N.S. He is a member of NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science and the Organization Development Network.  He is also an Associate of Human Systems Dynamics Institute

David Osborne, MSOD

A successful business leader  and organization consultant with a passion for helping organizations and individuals become more effective achieving results.   Successfully leading his teams and clients through change has been the key feature of David’s career.  His strengths involve working with leaders to create  change strategy and approaches that engage the organization in a   manner that accelerates results.

A proven international business leader with 20 years of combined experience in organizational development and marketing.   A results-driven consultant with skills in conceptualizing, developing and managing organization and culture change programs, leadership development programs and organization survey/assessments.

For the past 8 years Jill has been an internal organization development consultant

Jill Hinson, MSOD

in the global financial services industry.  In this role, she has held an enterprise-wide Organization Development Leadership role as well as directly supporting internal clients such as the IT/Operations division and the Commercial divisions.


Key results included developing & managing various leadership development programs, supporting cultural change initiatives, on-boarding senior managers, development of senior management teams, team development and coaching.  She had companywide responsibilities for Corporate Organization Development Programs included:

Jill has also held Marketing leadership positions at Nordstrom, focusing on sales promotion, advertising, new store openings, employee on-boarding/recognition and change initiatives.


Jill holds a Masters Degree in Organization Development from American University/NTL and an undergraduate Bachelor of Business/Marketing degree from James Madison University.  Jill has been called on to speak at several conferences to present on Employee Engagement.  She is a Board member of CBODN and Associate member of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.  She is also an Associate of Human Systems Dynamics Institute.
